MODERATION

STARVATION  NEVER AGAIN.

Ovo-Pesco-Vegetarian :

I dont drink cow’s milk ; I occasionally eat fish and seafood (OCCASIONALLY) ; and I do not eat any other type of decomposing flesh :)

I have just recently eliminated any refined sugars from life ; only natural.

For Example : Fruits, agave nectar, honey, etc.

NOT sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc.

I aim for 80% of my day to be whole foods!

Any tips for me? PLEASE TELL!
